One of the requirements to get married in Mexico is a "Tourist Visa".
These Visas are usually issued apon arrival to Cozumel for those staying on the island more than 24 hours. It is mandatory that you arrive at least one full business day prior to the wedding in order to process your tourist visas at the Judge's office. Saturday wedding couples and witnesses must arrive on Thursday.

Since cruise ship passengers are only on the island for a limited amount of time (less than 24 hours), they do not receive a Tourist Visa. Therefore, a visa will need to be arranged and purchased for each person who will be legally involved in the wedding : Bride, Groom and 4 witnesses. We will give you special instructions on how to get your visas to us prior to arrival.

Please input the amount of people that will need tourist visas, for example, if you have all 4 witnesses on the cruise with you, you will need 6 visas, including that of the Bride and Groom.
