In a legal wedding with the Judge, you will need 4 witnesses in total (2 for the bride and 2 for the groom). A witness must be over the age of 18. They will need to stand up with you during the wedding, so select people from your wedding party.

They need a valid photo ID such as a passport or driver's license and the tourist visa. It is mandatory that you and your witnesses arrive no later than 1 full business day prior to the wedding. (Business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM) For Saturday weddings, you need to arrive no later Thursday. Cruise ship passengers please ask us for special instructions.

If you do not have enough guests with you to serve as witnesses, we will be happy to supply them for you at $25 each.
